I could see river from the window of the double room. Extra touches like climate control, multi-channel TV, and a fridge were a treat, staff were courteous and amiable.

Location: the hotel was so close to restaurants, bars, shopping places, and several tourists attractions. The room was great-sized, had good communal bathroom. Liked efficient check-in and late check-out.

The hotel is convenient and clean, the staff are attentive, location is excellent very near to the sea. Overall good food, plus there is Bar Yamamura close by.

The breakfast offered at the hotel was freshly prepared and had a limited but satisfactory menu. The staff at the restaurant were friendly and the atmosphere was pleasant, especially when enjoying a cup of coffee while watching the snow fall. the hot spa facilities were a highlight of the hotel. It was free to use and provided a relaxing experience. The staff throughout the hotel were courteous and helpful, which made our stay effortless. The hotel is conveniently located just a 5-minute walk from a subway station, making it easy to explore the city.

One aspect that could be improved upon is the comfort of the mattresses and pillows. They were a bit firm and could have been more comfortable for sleeping.

Breakfast provided. The room is small, but acceptable in view of high standard of living of Japan. This is an ideal place to stay if u're looking for a budget hotel.

Should provide a proper tv in the room. The so called tv in the room now is actually an 14 inch monitor screen.

The hotel is conveniently located near Nakajima Koen Station, making it easy to explore the city. It's also within walking distance of the bustling Susukino Entertainment District. One of the highlights of my stay was the free use of the hot spa on the ground floor. It was the perfect way to relax and unwind after a long day of sightseeing. Another unique feature of the hotel was the cool shower, complete with bath sponge and shower cap. The separate toilet and bathroom were also a nice touch. The friendly staff, delicious pancakes in the cafe, and smooth check-in/out process added to the overall wonderful experience.

I would definitely recommend this hotel.

It is unique place to stay, the food is good, and location is marvellous close to everything. The hotel offers well laid out and great-sized rooms with fresh towels, nice view. The services are excellent, including an amazing pool. Btw, venue charges for parking, that's usd 8 per day. Thank you for a really nice stay.
